Overview Specifications Features & Benefits Accessories Resources
Flat Panel LCD Displays are incredibly important displays for control rooms and extended use applications. The MDT402S LCD monitor is ideally suited as a main display when tiled in a LCD video wall arrangement or it can be utilized as individual displays within a control room or war room environment.

LCD Video Wall Tiling

Tiling the MDT402S LCD monitor into a LCD video wall application provides an extremely shallow depth display wall with the benefits of additive resolution. Although tiling multiple MDT402S LCD monitors will not be seamless, it offers basic video wall functionality with minimal initial investment and cost of ownership. Also, depending on the requirement, these Flat Panel LCD displays can be individually wall mounted or placed freestanding on a table or floor stand.

Commercial Grade

Image persistence is a threat to all Flat Panel LCD Displays, but the MDT402S LCD monitor utilizes a commercial grade design to improve the life of the panel. It improves protection from image persistence and image retention. The Fan Mode Selection function reduces overheating. To protect the MDT402S from unused static images, a scheduling feature allows the panel to be shut down during down times. And by utilizing 50,000 hour back light lamps the MDT402S LCD Monitor offers an extremely low cost of ownership.

Vibrant Color and Fast Response Times Provide High Quality Video Reproduction

The MDT402S LCD monitor maintains a 40” diagonal screen size which features a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 500 cd/m² brightness, and native WXGA 1366x768 resolution. This display provides stunning video and data images, which exhibits rich, vibrant and realistic images due to Mitsubishi’s patented Natural Color Matrix™. The MDT402S also maintains a 16ms refresh time, making it ideally suited for video reproduction and monitoring.
