Overview Specifications Features & Benefits Accessories Resources
The VS-50XLW50U Projection Cube from Mitsubishi with front access and integrated lamp changer is the perfect choice when your data center requires high pixel density in a space-saving video wall solution. The unique front access mechanism allows the display cubes to be placed against a wall, eliminating the need for service access space behind the display. The automatic lamp changer provides additional reliability for your display wall, as the cube will sense a lamp failure or pre-determined degeneration of brightness and automatically switch to a spare lamp already installed in the light engine. An image is displayed just 7 seconds after initiating the lamp switch.

This ultra high resolution 67” SXGA+ video wall cube is designed for 24 hour, 7 day a week operation, displaying your data clearly with Mitsubishi's durable DLP® engine. Proprietary Mitsubishi features ensure that the VS-50XLW50U Projection Cube will maintain uniform brightness and color throughout the data center display wall. Mitsubishi's Dynamic Brightness Balancing™ feature monitors the brightness in each and every VS-50XLW50U Projection Cube, adjusting them individually as required to ensure equal brightness on the display. Smart Lamp™ and Smart Color wheel™ maintain color uniformity on the data center display wall. Each lamp and color wheel stores its own color characteristics internally, and when either is replaced the function activates, recalibrating the cube into perfect color balance with the data center display wall.

To help identify issues quickly the VS-50XLW50U Projection Cube employs a simple, on-screen diagnostic tool that helps to identify the service issue. Most repairs can be completed with minimal down time.

Installation and service time can be greatly reduced through the optional motorized adjustment tool. It allows remotely operated mechanical adjustments to the image geometry. This time-saving device enables a single technician to make the slightest adjustments to the 6-axis adjuster, creating precise image alignment between the data center display wall cubes.
