Overview Specifications Features & Benefits Accessories Resources
The bigger, brighter 80” VS-80PH75B Projection Cube is the right choice for video wall displays in control rooms, emergency operation centers, or public information displays. The high brightness, ultra high resolution SXGA+ projection cubes feature built-in automatic functions that ensure crystal clear images, consistent color and brilliance, and work-horse durability.

Intelligent SXGA+ Projection Cube Features

The advanced Smart Lamp in each display cube delivers continuously consistent and uniform performance. It detects the fading brightness of the lamp at the end of its service life and switches to the alternate lamp within seconds for minimal downtime. Color Space Control immediately adjusts cube color and brilliance to blend with the entire video wall. The Digital Gradation Circuit automatically ensures edge-to-edge uniform brightness distribution and crisp, vivid images.

Flexibility

Install your VS-80PH75B Projection Cube video wall in virtually any configuration. Each cube features three optional input ports so you can tailor your display wall to fit your needs.

Internal Processing

The VS-80PH75B Projection Cube incorporates simplified internal processing, so you may not require an external image processor. Internal data processing allows up to six windows per cube which can be stretched across the video wall. You can move multiple windows freely and, when using Mitsubishi D-Wall Software, control the system with an intuitive graphical user interface.

Auto-balancing

Continuous color and brightness balancing ensures uniformity across the SXGA+ video wall, without the need for external sensors, PC’s, or user intervention. Each cube constantly monitors output with three color sensors and a dynamic color control and brightness balancing system. Sharing this data among adjacent SXGA+ projection cubes, the system automatically adjusts itself for accurate color balance and brightness over the entire display wall.

Easy Set-up

We've made installation easy with the Mitsubishi Auto-Geometry simplified mechanical adjustment function.  Each VS-80PH75B Projection Cube uses a fine-tuning device with a camera and machine-vision software to automatically align the image on the screen. Automatic color adjustment is also available using Mitsubishi Wallaby Software.

Durability

SXGA+ projection screens are powered by durable Texas Instruments DLP® technology. The color wheel system, fan pack, and other moving parts give you up to 100,000 hours of constant use. That adds up to over eleven years of continuous operation, almost twice as long as display cubes from other manufacturers. Throughout operation, each display cube color wheel internally stores its own color characteristics. When you replace a color wheel, this built-in function automatically recalibrates the cube into perfect and consistent color balance with the rest of the video wall.

Redundancy

Inside every VS-80PH75B Projection Cube, a Smart Switch ensures the redundancy you require for mission critical applications and continuous operation. If a signal is unexpectedly lost, the display cube automatically switches to a pre-heated alternative signal source within seconds. You experience minimal downtime while saving time and money.
