New Technology, Improved.
LED...Evolved.
Using 2nd Generation LED's and Mitsubishi's unique LED technology, the NEW Mitsubishi 70 Series: LED rear projection cubes offer unsurpassed durability, lower power consumption and outstanding image performance that ensure higher customer satisfaction in every installation.
Versatile configurations to fit your needs
The new rear projection LED based engines maintain the same common cabinet architecture as the rest of the Seventy Series line. This means that they fit directly into any of the existing Seventy Series cube configurations, no matter the engine being used. The new LED based projection engine can be used on both the 50" and 67" in either front or rear access configurations, as well as the 80" rear access projection cube.
Setting the new Standard
Unlike other manufacturers, Mitsubishi's new LED cube uses the latest in LED technology that offers higher performance second generation LED components. This ensures that the 70 Series: LED can achieve the full promise of this breakthrough in display technology. The 2nd generation LEDs have allowed Mitsubishi to set the new standard for LED based projection engines for control rooms and mission critical applications.
2nd Generation LED - Mitsubishi's new LED engine takes advantages of 2nd generation LEDs. This new LED offers superior brightness and durability when compared to its 1st generation version.
Air Cooled Design - Mitsubishi's air-cooling system utilizes 100,000-hour lifetime cooling fans in a unique configuration. This pump-less design helps promote a much longer system lifespan compared to water-cooled systems which have a far more complex mechanical design.
Unique LED Power Driver - Mitsubishi designed and manufacturers its own LED Power Driver, as opposed to general LED power drivers provided by the LED manufacturer. This extra attention to detail has resulted in a power supply with three power modes; Bright, Normal and Eco. The Eco Power mode significantly reduces power consumption and provides a LED lifetime of up to 70,000 hours.
4th Generation Auto Color Control - Mitsubishi is the only company to consistently build DLP based video wall cubes over the last 10 years. As a result of its dedication to this technology, Mitsubishi is now on its 4th generation auto color calibration system. Others have tried to mimic Mitsubishi's Smart Color technology, but nothing beats the experience of over 25,000 Smart Color Cubes installed in the field. With this experience and the real world field data from Diamond Vision, Mitsubishi was able to fine tune the Auto Color Correction circuitry and software for LED technology.
XGA/SXGA+ Available Resolutions - Mitsubishi is releasing its LED engines in both XGA (1,024x768) and SXGA+ (1,400x1,050) resolutions. This enables easy replacement of existing 4:3 installations.
